Nostalgia is believed to be the feeling of remembering the good ole days or other nice memories, resulting in that same happy feeling. There is many things that can trigger it, but sometimes it turns out these memories are made up in our minds to be better than they truly were. It is an idealized past in other words. In my photos I wanted to explore both sides of nostalgia, by including these things and places that are nostalgic to me, but also questioning if thats how things really were. The photos themselves are mainly bright and and include color, and the crafty text is the part that may question if thats how the memory existed.
